Our fleet

15-passenger Ford Transit: seats 14 passengers plus driver. Mid-roof, climate control, tinted windows, professional appearance. Many groups call asking for a “Sprinter van” — our Ford Transit vans deliver the same stand-up room, comfort, and professional look.

12-passenger Ford Transit: seats 11 passengers plus driver. Same finish, same standards. Ideal for smaller groups or as a coordinated second vehicle for larger events.

Every vehicle is cleaned and inspected before each rental.

Booking timeline

Summer Saturdays book solid by March. Wedding shuttles, summer concerts, and event transportation fill the calendar fast. If your event falls on a summer weekend, book as soon as your date is confirmed.

Weekday corporate shuttles and off-season events generally have more availability, but earlier booking always gets you better vehicle selection and scheduling flexibility.

Pricing varies based on how long you need the van and your specific itinerary. Rather than publish a flat rate, we prefer to talk through your trip — group size, pickup and drop-off locations, timing, any special requests — so we can give you an accurate estimate. Typically, we keep the vans available for your entire outing — however long you need them. Your group hops in, we take you where you’re going, and we’re there whenever you need to move to the next location or head home. There’s a five-hour consecutive minimum each time a van leaves the garage, so keeping the van(s) for your full event is straightforward billing with no surprises. Just tell us your itinerary, we’ll plan the timing, and the driver handles the rest.

Vans offer flexibility a bus can’t match. They’re easier to navigate through city streets and tight parking areas, they don’t require a commercial driver’s license, and there are no per-mile fees — you pay for time, not distance. Two vans can also split your group and hit different locations simultaneously, which keeps everyone moving efficiently.

That depends on your group size and itinerary. Our 15-passenger vans seat 14 guests plus the driver. Give us your headcount and destinations, and we’ll tell you exactly how many vehicles you need.

Chilled bottled water and climate control are standard. The vans have privacy windows for comfort and discretion.

Yes. The privacy windows keep things discreet. We ask that the vehicle be treated with care — a minimum $200 cleanup fee applies to any smoking or vomiting.

A credit card is required to book. The balance is due either the day before or within a day of the event. If you prefer to pay in cash, give it to the driver at the start of the trip — that way your card on file won’t be pre-authorized or charged.

Our vans are standard passenger vans without wheelchair lifts. Our drivers are patient and attentive and will help guests in and out of the vehicle and assist however they can. If you have guests with particular needs, let us know in advance.

Book as soon as you have your date and itinerary. Peak times can fill up, so earlier is always better.
