Bachelorette Party Service Across Maine and Into Boston
A modern bachelorette is a full day-into-night with the women closest to the bride — brunch, a winery or spa stop, dinner downtown, and a nightcap or dessert before home. We handle the driving. Your group stays together, arrives at every stop on time, gets photographed where you want to be photographed, and gets home safely. No designated driver, no parking hassle, no losing half the night to logistics.

Where We Drive
Portland’s Old Port — Restaurants, wine bars, brewpubs, and dance floors within walking distance of each other. We park nearby; you walk in and out as you please.
Maine wineries and vineyards — Cellardoor in Lincolnville, Bartlett Maine Estate in Gouldsboro, and other Maine wineries within day-trip range. Multi-stop tasting afternoons that don’t end with anyone driving home.
Spa and salon stops — Greater Portland’s spas and day-spa hotels can be built into the route — a pre-dinner pamper that becomes part of the experience, not a separate trip.
Brunch destinations — Brunch is the bachelorette tradition. We’ll route Portland brunch into an afternoon and evening that flows naturally.
Boston destination runs — Dinner, theater, shopping, or a show. We handle both legs of the drive; you sleep on the way home.
Casino runs — Encore Boston Harbor, Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun. (See our Casino Transportation page for full details.)
Build Your Day-Into-Night
The standard bachelorette is a full-day arc, not just an evening out. We map the timing so the day flows without you watching the clock.
Sample afternoon-into-evening: Pickup at home → brunch in Portland → winery or spa stop → dinner downtown → cocktails or dessert → home. Six to eight hours, one vehicle, one chauffeur.
Sample weekend kickoff: Pickup at home → vineyard or distillery tour → dinner in the Old Port → home. Five to seven hours, perfect for the night before friends arrive from out of town.
Boston destination day: Portland to Boston for shopping, lunch, and a show — or dinner and nightlife — and home. Eight to ten hours.
Custom routes. Tell us what you want. We’ll map the timing, the order, the stops, and the photo locations.
Why a Limo or Van for a Bachelorette
Everyone is in the celebration. No designated driver standing outside the group. Same crew at every stop.
One vehicle, one chauffeur, the whole day. No coordinating Ubers across venues, no one waiting curbside, no one separated from the group.
Safe arrival home. The most important part of the night — everyone gets home in good shape, in one piece, on time.
Professional, respectful service. Our chauffeurs are professionals who treat every group with respect, and we ask the same in return. Most of our bachelorette parties today are sophisticated celebrations of close friends — real friendship, real laughter, real photos to keep.
The vehicle becomes part of the memory. Red-carpet exits at every stop on request, group photos in front of the limousine, the bride stepping out for the camera. The transportation isn’t a line item — it’s part of the story.
Door to door. Pickup at home, drop at home. No parking, no walking to the car late at night, no driving when you shouldn’t be.
Why Not a Party Bus?
Party buses look fun in the photos, and the surround seating is the part most groups actually want — everyone facing each other, the bride at the center of the conversation. Worth being honest about what you’re trading for it:
Cost. Party buses run significantly more per hour than a Transit van — often more than double — once you add the industry-standard 20% gratuity and back-end fees. The hardware is what’s expensive.
The hardware you’re paying for. Loud sound systems, disco lights, sometimes a dance pole. Most modern bachelorette parties are real friends having real conversation between stops. The features get used for about ten minutes and the rest of the day is the bride trying to hear her best friend over the speakers.
The conversation problem. Surround seating sounds great on paper, but on a party bus the people at the back can’t hear the people at the front once the music’s on. In a 15-passenger Transit van with 10 to 12 women, everyone’s actually close enough to hear each other without a microphone.
Parking and access. Party buses are oversized — they don’t park well in the Old Port, can’t always access Maine village streets, and add real friction at every stop.
What most of our bachelorette groups actually book: the 15-passenger Transit van. Same group capacity, easier in-and-out, roughly half the cost, and the bride still gets the red-carpet exit at every stop.
Vehicle Options
8-Passenger Stretch Limousine — The classic. Long black stretch with bench seating, stocked bar with flute glasses, rock glasses, and chilled water. Right size for smaller bachelorette parties of 8 or fewer.
15-Passenger Transit Van — Mid-roof, climate controlled, tinted windows, professional chauffeur, and large windows on every side. The practical choice for larger bachelorette parties — most groups of 10 or more book the van for the space, the easier in-and-out at every stop, and the noticeably lower per-hour rate. Red carpet available on request at no extra charge. (See our Van Rentals page.)
For most bachelorette groups, the van is the smarter choice — more room, easier entry at every stop, and significantly less expensive per hour than a stretch or party bus. We’ll quote both vehicles so you can compare and decide.
Questions Before You Book
How long does a typical day take? Most bachelorette days run 6 to 8 hours — pickup, brunch or an early activity, the main stops, dinner, and home. Boston destination days go 8 to 10 hours. You set the schedule and we adjust as the day unfolds.
Can we bring drinks and food in the vehicle? Yes. The stretch limousine has a stocked bar with flute glasses, rock glasses, and chilled water. The vans allow drinks and snacks too. Bring whatever you’d like. We ask that the vehicle is left in the same condition it was picked up in.
How early should we book? Saturdays in summer, fall (wedding season), and December fill our calendar weeks ahead. Plan on 4 to 6 weeks of lead time for peak weekends. Off-peak weekdays can sometimes be booked closer in. Call to check availability.
How to Book
Book early for weekends — we have one 8-passenger stretch limousine and multiple Transit vans, and popular dates fill fast. Call (207) 482-3778 between 8 am and 4 pm, or request an estimate online. For Saturday nights in wedding season, 4 to 6 weeks ahead is the right window.
