Limo Services in Maine provides professional sedan and chauffeured car service throughout New England, with Boston Logan International Airport as one of our primary destinations. From the Midcoast to Portland and York, our experienced drivers handle airport transfers with the quiet efficiency our corporate, family, and Colby College clients have come to expect.
Service Area
Boston Logan (BOS): The substantial majority of our drives. Whether you’re flying out for business, returning from a family trip, or sending a college student home, we know the routes, the timing, and the traffic patterns. Our chauffeurs track your flight and meet you curbside the moment you step out with your luggage.
Portland Jetport (PWM): Complimentary Meet and Greet service inside the terminal. Your driver waits at the bottom of the escalators with a sign — no extra fee, no surprise charges. We monitor your arrival time and leave the garage so we’re at the curb when you’re ready for pickup.
Camden, Rockland, and Rockport to Boston Logan or PWM: A specialty of ours. The Midcoast is underserved by quality sedan services, and we run this route regularly for both corporate and leisure travelers. Booking ahead is recommended, particularly in summer.
Colby College, Waterville: Regular service for students and families traveling between campus and the airports. Many parents book us to handle start-of-semester and break travel so their student doesn’t have to navigate connections alone.
Medical Transportation to Boston
For patients with appointments at Boston-area hospitals, we provide comfortable door-to-door medical transportation. A quiet sedan, chilled water, and a chauffeur who understands the day is about the appointment.
Our Vehicles
Our fleet includes the Lincoln MKS Ecoboost and the Lexus LS 460 — both with premium leather, deep heated seats, climate control, and the kind of ride quality that makes the drive from Camden to Boston feel short. Every vehicle is cleaned and inspected before each drive.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does airport service cost?
Our sedan rate is $60 per hour when paying by cash, or $65 per hour by credit card, plus the industry-standard 20% gratuity. Time is billed in 15-minute increments, rounded, with a two-hour minimum for sedan trips. Billing is based on the total time the vehicle is in use on your behalf — measured from when it leaves our garage in Westbrook, through your pickup and drop-off, until it returns. This garage-to-garage method is the standard for chauffeured service in Maine. Request an estimate tailored to your trip if in doubt
Do you track my flight?
Yes — we track every flight. Your driver times their departure from our garage in Maine to arrive at Boston Logan right around when your plane is expected to land, which keeps any wait time to a minimum, and we’ll often leave a little early as a buffer for traffic. Flight tracking isn’t perfect, but it’s rare for us not to catch a significant change before the driver leaves.
What if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
We track your flight and time our departure from Maine to arrive at Boston Logan when your plane is expected to land. If your flight arrives early, we’re already on the way and you’ll be picked up right on schedule. If your flight is delayed after we’ve already left the garage, you will be charged for that wait time at our regular rate, billed in 15-minute increments. In practice, delays that we don’t catch before leaving the garage are pretty rare — but it’s important you understand how it works.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as far ahead as possible to ensure availability, especially during busy travel periods and holidays. If you need a ride on shorter notice, request an estimate and we’ll accommodate same-day and last-minute requests whenever a vehicle is available. Summer Saturdays and Sunday mornings are especially busy.
What if my flight is canceled?
We track flights, so we’ll likely catch a cancellation on our end. That said, please let us know as soon as you find out — just in case. If we catch it before the driver leaves the garage, there’s no charge. For advance notice, email or call the office at (207) 482-3778. For a last-minute cancellation, contact the driver directly.
Is there a charge for waiting time?
Any wait time is billed at our regular rate in 15-minute increments. Because we track your flight and time our arrival to your landing, waits are usually short.
How will I find my driver at Boston Logan?
We make this almost a no-brainer — and we do it differently from most limo companies. Before your trip, you’ll have your driver’s cell number, and they’ll have yours. As soon as you land, turn on your phone and you’ll receive a welcome text from your driver letting you know they’re ready, with an easy way to reach them.
Once you have your luggage, simply walk up one level from arrivals to departures and step outside. Tell your driver which door you came out of — at Logan, every departures door number begins with a “2” for the second floor, so you’ll always know you’re in the right place — and your driver will pull right up to you.
Why departures instead of baggage claim? At Boston Logan, limousines aren’t permitted to pull up curbside at arrivals, but they can at departures. Meeting you upstairs means you skip hunting for a distant limo parking area — the last thing you want after a long flight. It’s a small thing we do to take the stress out of the end of your trip.
What about international flights (Terminal E)?
The meeting process is exactly the same as domestic flights — upstairs to departures, text your door number, and your driver pulls right up. Because customs and baggage claim timing can be unpredictable, we build an extra hour into our estimates for international arrivals. When you book, let the office know how much luggage you’ll have and whether you have Global Entry or any other reason you might move through customs quickly — that way your driver can stay on alert and time things more accurately.
What about Terminal C?
Terminal C is the one exception. It’s very small, with no curbside spot for a limo, so after you come up to departures you’ll cross one small, easy street to reach your driver. Because the terminal is so small, you and your driver will find each other easily — it’s not a big deal.
How much luggage can you carry?
It helps to let us know how many bags you’ll have, and their size, when you book — that way we bring the right vehicle. As a general guide, our Lexus LS 460 comfortably handles about two large (50-lb) bags plus a smaller bag and some carry-ons, while our Lincoln MKS can take roughly three large bags plus an additional bag and a few carry-ons — about one large suitcase more than the Lexus. If you’re traveling with extra or oversized luggage, just let us know and we’ll plan accordingly. We often have a front passenger seat that can carry more if needed
Are there busier travel times I should plan around?
Maine’s population almost triples in summer, and all limo companies in the region can book solid, making last-minute arrangements nearly impossible. The moment you know your flight or itinerary, it’s best to book your reservation — we don’t charge ahead of time, so there’s no downside to reserving early.
How do I pay?
All reservations require a credit card to book, regardless of how you plan to pay. When you pay in cash, you simply give it to your driver at the end of the trip. If you pay by credit card, you don’t have to worry about it — your card may be pre-authorized the day before or charged at some point after the trip.
Which vehicle will pick me up?
We assign either our Lexus LS 460 or our Lincoln MKS EcoBoost based on what works best for your trip — vehicles are matched to your needs, including your luggage, rather than requested. Both are full-size luxury sedans, so you’ll travel in comfort either way.
