Corporate Limo Transportation

Corporate Limo Transportation

If you need to get a business executive, client, athlete or politician to and from an airport or hotel in the style that they are accustomed, a corporate sedan limousine rental is the standard. Corporate limo transportation is one of the simplest means of taking care of busy or exhausted and VIP clients and executives. We monitor private and public flights to insure a smooth on-time reception, and can greet the customer inside the airport or on the tarmac in many cases if it is in Maine. When safely in the car, and offered chilled water, we can educate your guest with local restaurants responsive to their individual desires, or show a them around the key parts of the city near their hotel.

Our discrete and safe driving chauffeurs know routes throughout the city and state, so transportation to hotels, or company headquarters will let them arrive relaxed compared to riding with cab drivers that can’t take a turn sideways without cracking the sound barrier.

Great Ride!

We loaded up this guy's stretch limo full of people and baggage, and then enjoyed a smooth zoom through the morning rush hour from Cape Elizabeth to Boston. He arrived to pick us up just a few minutes early, precisely as promised, and was just as polite and helpful as you could hope for. I have experienced too many bouncy, cologne-soaked and chatty limo rides, but this guy is the real 5-star deal! He is professional and courteous. The stretch we filled up was clean, scent-free and well stocked with bottled water. Look no further.... This is what you want from a limo service.

Thanks for everything

Thanks for helping me get to Boston for my flight. I would have been in a very uncomfortable position if I hadn't been able to get there, and I gave you maybe 20 minutes notice, so I know I should have been better to you folks, but your driver knew the route, picked up my associate, and we made it.

We heard about that one from the driver. He was charmed by you.

All the Way

Just like anybody who is from out of town to a place you have never been, getting to your hotel from any of the outlying airports can be like wading through a minefield. You hear about gypsy cabs hustling for business at the airport, official yellow cabbies taking tourists on longer routes, shuttles that can take hours to drop riders off if they happen to be the last ones in the route, and some interesting reviews about other car services. After reading your reviews we decided to go for it and book his service for our whole trip, which consisted of 4 sets of bookings from Maine to NYC for a large group. Our meetings were divided up into 2 segments in NYC (1st week in a lower east side hotel/2nd week in a upper west side hotel) with a weekend run to Texas for a Dallas Cowboys game in between.Quick rundown on how we setup our booking. We called in our request along with a detailed listing of the number of passengers and luggage count information. In no time at all, he emailed me back to begin the process of booking, which consisted of sending him our credit card info so he could hold our reservation. Definitely hardcore about his business; I just happen to catch him with my booking emails as his day was just starting at 4am, Ouch!BTW, there is a 20% surcharge (which includes tip) for which all companies have. I wanted instead to pay cash and tipped our drivers for all legs of our trips. One great thing about the service as some other reviewer mentioned is his use of text messaging. This was really a life-saver when I happen to mix up our arrival time requirement by 2 hours. I texted him the updated info and the guy confirmed we were still good to go. Then, we happen to get stuck in traffic. which added another 1/2 hours to our arrival time. I updated him via text and by the time we got to New York, and he had the driver get us drink and food while we did a bathroom break at a stop they reccommended. Fughettaboutit!Bottom line, I was very happy with my experience. I recommend this team on your next Maine to NYC requirement. The attention to detail is top notch, his service is spot-on and the peace of mind you'll get when you come to the big city, Priceless.

Had a GREAT experience with this company. They picked us up on time, despite the fact that our plane arrived an hour late. The car was clean, the driver friendly and he drove us safely to our hotel. They picked us up on time from our hotel for the return trip days later back to the airport. The car was on the older side... but it was clean and everything worked just fine and their pricing is less than the other places I called. And their pricing is really great. We would definitely use them again next time we are in town.

airport transfer in Portland

I booked at PWM in Portland Maine. The Limousine for an airport transfer from Portland to Lewiston's airport. Was travelling from Australia and handled all details through this guy who was very helpful and friendly even double checking to ensure we were booking the correct vehicle for our luggage requirements. The actual reservation process was very straightforward and set my mind at ease as didn't want any hassles after a 17 hour flight with an infant. Our driver met us at the welcome gate and helped us with all of our luggage. He was professional, friendly and polite.I was so impressed that I booked for an early morning transfer back to PWM. Again Peter and the chauffeur did a fantastic job and the process went extremely smoothly.I am sure there are cheaper limo services however these guys were reliable, attentive, helpful and went that extra step to ensure that we got from A to B. That was worth a little bit more and provided peace of mind. In my experience you get what you pay for.
