Rates and Booking
Sedan service is billed hourly in 15-minute increments. No fuel surcharges, no back-end fees. Summer weekends and corporate events book up quickly — reserving as far in advance as possible is recommended. Payment is typically processed the day before or the day of the drive.

How much does sedan service cost?
Our sedan rate is $60 per hour when paying by cash, or $65 per hour by credit card, plus the industry-standard 20% gratuity. Time is billed in 15-minute increments, rounded, with a two-hour minimum for sedan trips. Billing is based on the total time the vehicle is in use on your behalf — measured from when it leaves our garage in Westbrook, through your pickup and drop-off, until it returns. This garage-to-garage method is the standard for chauffeured service in Maine. Request an estimate tailored to your trip.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as far ahead as possible to ensure availability, especially during busy travel periods and holidays. If you need a ride on shorter notice, request an estimate and we’ll accommodate same-day and last-minute requests whenever a vehicle is available.
How do I reserve a sedan?

How is fare calculated?
You’re charged for the actual time the vehicle is dedicated to your trip, billed in 15-minute increments. A run from Greater Portland to Boston Logan, for example, includes the drive from our garage to your pickup, the trip to the airport, and the return — that full window is your billed time. When we know traffic is likely, we factor it into your estimate, and we often add a small buffer so the estimate runs slightly high rather than low. We’d always rather there be no surprises.
Are there any extra fees or surcharges?
No. There are no back-end fees — no added taxes and no fuel surcharges. The only additional charge is a $20 surcharge if the vehicle is on the road between midnight and 5 AM, which goes directly to the driver.
Can the driver make extra stops or stay longer than planned?
Often, yes. Our sedan service can be arranged as directed — if you need to make multiple stops along the way, or your plans run longer than expected, your driver will do their best to accommodate. Because billing is based on the total time the vehicle is in use, any additional time is simply added to your trip, billed in 15-minute increments. Accommodating changes depends on our other commitments that day, but our drivers make every effort to work with your needs as they come up.
What kind of vehicle will I be riding in?
Our sedans are a Lexus LS 460 or Lincoln MKS — full-size luxury sedans with room for passengers and luggage in comfort. We assign the vehicle that best suits your trip and luggage.
How much luggage can you carry?
It helps to let us know how many bags you’ll have, and their size, when you book — that way we bring the right vehicle. As a general guide, our Lexus LS 460 comfortably handles about two large (50-lb) bags, two smaller (40-lb) bags, and some carry-ons. Our Lincoln MKS offers even more room — roughly three large (50-lb) bags, one or two smaller (40-lb) bags, and some carry-ons. If you’re traveling with extra or oversized luggage, just let us know and we’ll plan accordingly.
What occasions do you provide sedan service for?
Any occasion you like — our sedan service isn’t limited to a particular type of trip. Whether it’s a night out at a restaurant, a concert or sporting event, a business meeting, a special celebration, or simply getting where you need to go anywhere in Maine or down to Boston, we’re happy to take you. If you have a destination or occasion in mind, just reach out and we’ll take care of the details.
How far will you travel?
While most of our sedan trips are to and from Boston Logan, we travel well beyond it. It’s not unusual for us to drive clients to New York City — including LaGuardia, JFK, or directly to a Manhattan address. If you have a destination in mind, just ask.
What kind of drivers do you use?
Our chauffeurs are local Maine drivers who know the area well, including the routes to and from Boston Logan. That familiarity means smoother trips, better timing, and a driver who knows how to navigate the airport efficiently.
Do you provide service throughout Maine?
Yes — while we’re based in southern Maine, we regularly serve clients statewide for trips connecting to Greater Portland, Boston Logan, and the Portland Jetport. For example, we’re glad to drive you from Portland up to the Midcoast or Downeast, or bring you from northern or coastal Maine down to the airport. For longer-distance trips like these, just reach out and we’ll provide an estimate.
What is your cancellation policy?
For non-airport trips, we ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled trip are charged the two-hour minimum.
What amenities do you provide?
Our sedans are clean, comfortable, and climate-controlled, with complimentary bottled water for your trip. A phone charger is often available as well — just ask if you need one.
Do you provide child seats?
We don’t provide child seats, but you’re welcome to bring your own. For your convenience, we’re happy to store your seat at our office between your drop-off and return, and have it ready in the car for your pickup. Please note that for insurance reasons, parents or guardians install and secure their own child seats.
Can I bring a pet?
We consider pets on a case-by-case basis, so please let us know when you book and we’ll do our best to accommodate you and your traveling companion.
