LIMO SERVICES IN MAINE — SEDAN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment We keep a valid credit card on file for every reservation, no matter how you plan to pay. The balance is due in full before your service begins. You can pay by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, cash, or check — checks need to reach our office at least 10 days ahead of your reservation date.

Overtime Going past your scheduled end time adds charges in 15-minute blocks. Keep in mind your vehicle may already be booked for another run afterward, so overtime isn’t always available — ask your driver to confirm.

Cancellations and No-Shows Cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice and there’s no charge. Cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice and a two-hour minimum charge applies. The exception is air travel: if your flight is canceled or delayed due to weather or other circumstances beyond your control, we won’t hold you responsible — but it’s up to you to let us know. We do track flights and won’t head out for one we know has been canceled, but if we haven’t been told and the car has already left the garage, the charge still applies.

If you don’t cancel and the car arrives for pickup, you’re charged for the actual time the vehicle is in use on your behalf, with the two-hour minimum as the floor.

To cancel or change a reservation more than 24 hours out, reach us any way you like — phone, email, whatever’s easiest. Within 24 hours of your ride, you need to speak to a person directly so it doesn’t slip through: call the office, or if it’s the day of, call the driver directly since they may already be on their way. If we’re the ones to cancel, you get a full refund. We don’t refund rental time that goes unused.

Weather, Traffic, and Mechanical Issues We can’t be held accountable for breakdowns, weather, traffic, or anything else outside our reasonable control. We always work to get you there on time and generally leave early to account for traffic, but things happen on the highway — major accidents, unexpected delays — and we can’t guarantee arrival with absolute certainty. We don’t offer compensation for traffic or construction delays beyond our control, or for having to give the driver directions. We service our fleet regularly to keep mechanical issues to a minimum.

If a breakdown forces a change, we may send another vehicle in its place. You accept that a substitute may stand in if your booked vehicle becomes unavailable for any reason.

Cleaning Please be cautious with drinks and food to avoid spills. You’re responsible for any excessive mess or damage caused by you or your guests, charged to the card on file. If additional cleaning is needed beyond normal wear, we bill at 50 dollars per hour.

Lost Property We aren’t responsible for anything left behind in the vehicle.
