Executive SUV Service in Maine

Our SUV service in Maine is a chauffeured black Suburban for the trips a sedan can’t quite cover and a van is too much for. Full-size, leather, and comfortable for up to seven. The right call for executive travel, small groups, and the long run to Boston Logan.

When the SUV is the Right Choice

Our Suburban seats up to seven passengers with light bags, or five traveling with full luggage. It gives you more room, higher seating, and a solid, planted ride for long highway miles, without the size and cost of a passenger van. For executives, visiting clients, or a small group heading the same direction, it is the vehicle that fits.

Long-Distance and Boston Logan Runs

This is what the SUV does best. We run the long routes other companies treat as an inconvenience. Greater Portland, Cumberland County, and the Midcoast through to Boston Logan, regularly and reliably. Your chauffeur knows the road, the timing, and how to handle a long airport run so you arrive unhurried. We track your flight and plan the drive around it.

Executive and Corporate Travel

When you are hosting clients, picking up a visiting executive, or need a vehicle for a full day that does not fit a fixed schedule, the Suburban handles it. Discreet, on time, and dressed for the part. Billed hourly in 15-minute increments, as directed. We move when you need to move and wait quietly when you don’t.

Locally Owned, Maine-Based

When you book with us, you are booking the operator. Not a national broker reselling your job, and not a Boston company reaching north. You talk to the people who own the vehicles, hire the chauffeurs, and answer the phone when something changes mid trip.

Our black Chevrolet Suburban seats up to seven passengers with light bags, or five with full luggage. If your group is close to that line, let us know how big your bags are, or send us a photo of everything you are bringing, and we will tell you whether the SUV works or whether a van is the better call.

Yes. The SUV has a five hour minimum on every booking, measured garage out to garage in. That makes it the right fit for Boston Logan runs, long distance trips, a full evening out, or a business day. For shorter trips, our sedans have a two hour minimum.

Hourly, in fifteen minute increments, garage out to garage in: from the time the vehicle leaves our garage, through your trip, until it returns. We give you an estimate based on the time we expect your trip to take, with traffic factored in. No fuel surcharges and no back end fees.

No. Boston Logan is what it does most often, but the SUV is just as good for an evening out: dinner in Kennebunkport or Ogunquit, a night in Portland’s Old Port, a concert, a winery or brewery visit, or a family celebration. Your chauffeur waits while you enjoy yourselves and brings everyone home together.

Yes. We track every flight and time the drive to your expected arrival. If your flight lands early, we are already on the way.

We watch your flight and adjust before we leave the garage whenever we can. If a delay happens after your chauffeur has already left, that extra time is billed at the regular rate in fifteen minute increments. Delays we cannot catch ahead of time are rare.

Your chauffeur texts you when you land. Once you have your bags, go up one level to departures, step outside, and text the door number. Your chauffeur pulls right up. Limousines cannot stop at the arrivals curb at Logan, so meeting at departures saves you a walk to a distant lot. Full details are on our Airport Transportation page.

Yes. The SUV is booked by the hour, so your chauffeur can make stops along the way, wait during meetings or dinner, and adjust as your plans change. Additional time is billed in fifteen minute increments.

A credit card is required to reserve, however you plan to pay. Cash is paid to your chauffeur at the start of the trip, except airport drop offs, which are paid at the end. Card payments are processed the day before or the day after your trip.

We ask for at least twenty four hours notice to cancel. For dates from July through October, a deposit is required at booking and is not refundable if you cancel.

As soon as you know your plans. July through October is the busiest season on the Maine coast, and those dates fill first.

Trips running between midnight and 5 am include a twenty dollar late hour charge. We tell you up front if your trip falls in that window, so it is in your estimate, never a surprise at the end.
