Limo Services in Maine

Payment We keep a valid credit card on file for every reservation, no matter how you plan to pay. The balance is due in full before your service begins. Cash payments may have different requirements. You can pay by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, cash, or check — checks need to reach our office at least 10 days ahead of your reservation date. For certain bookings, we may also ask you to sign a rental agreement before service starts; if so, we’ll let you know when you book.

Overtime Going past your scheduled end time adds charges in 15-minute blocks. Keep in mind your vehicle may already be booked for another run afterward, so overtime isn’t always available — ask your driver to confirm.

Smoking Every vehicle in our fleet is smoke-free. Smoking inside means an immediate charge and the end of your reservation.

Alcohol and Drugs No alcohol is allowed if anyone in the party is under 21. If a minor is drinking, or we have good reason to believe they are, we’ll end the reservation on the spot with no refund. We follow state and federal law to the letter and hold a strict zero-tolerance line: nobody under legal drinking age consumes alcohol in our vehicles. Illegal drugs are never permitted — if we find them, the reservation ends and no refund is given.

Bear in mind that law enforcement can stop any vehicle for an administrative search. If contraband turns up — even a trace, and even without the driver knowing — the vehicle itself can be seized and forfeited. For that reason, contraband of any kind is strictly off-limits in any vehicle we own or operate.

Passenger Safety We can’t be held responsible for injuries caused by roughhousing, whether the vehicle is moving or parked. Everyone needs to stay seated while we’re in motion. As the person booking, you’re responsible for your guests, and you agree to release us from liability for any incident, accident, or injury.

Driver’s Discretion We reserve the right to end any reservation without a refund if our driver or dispatcher believes the client or their party is putting people, the vehicle, or themselves at risk. Verbal abuse or disrespect toward the driver is never acceptable and is itself grounds for ending service immediately. If a group becomes unruly or impossible to manage, the driver can call it at any point.

Damage and Cleaning You’re responsible for any damage you or your guests cause, including the cost of the vehicle being out of service while it’s repaired. Any damage charges go to the card on file.

Your booking already covers 30 minutes of cleanup and reset after the trip. Beyond that, we bill cleaning at 50 dollars per hour. A little care goes a long way — watch drinks while we’re moving and try to keep food off the floor.

Damage and cleaning charges: Broken or missing glass — 10 dollars each Vomit or other bodily fluids inside the vehicle — 300 dollars Smoking inside the vehicle — 300 dollars Burn hole or tear in upholstery — 300 dollars minimum, each Heavy cleanup such as spills — 125 dollars minimum Chewing gum in the carpet — 50 dollars each Damaged interior mirrors — 1,000 dollars minimum Damaged radio — 200 dollars minimum Damaged control panels — 800 dollars

Lost Property We aren’t responsible for anything left behind in the vehicle.

Weather, Traffic, and Mechanical Issues We can’t be held accountable for breakdowns, weather, traffic, or anything else outside our reasonable control. Our vehicles carry a lot of electronics, and heavy use of powered features can occasionally cause a temporary hiccup — none of which affects the vehicle’s safety or your obligation to complete and pay for the trip. We service our fleet regularly to keep these issues to a minimum.

If a breakdown or accident forces a change, we may upgrade or substitute another vehicle. When no upgrade is available, you’re welcome to take a smaller vehicle and a corresponding discount. Either way, you accept that a substitute may stand in if your booked vehicle becomes unavailable for any reason.

Deposits and Cancellations

Sedans: Cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice and there’s no charge. Cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice and a two-hour minimum charge applies. The exception is air travel: if your flight is canceled or delayed due to weather or other circumstances beyond your control, we won’t hold you responsible for that charge. If you don’t cancel and the car arrives for pickup, you’re charged for the actual time the vehicle is in use on your behalf, with the two-hour minimum as the floor.

Vans and limos: The most you can lose by canceling is your deposit. We never charge the full fare for a cancellation. For vans and limos booked on Saturdays between July and the end of October, we take a non-refundable 200 dollar deposit per vehicle. Once the vehicle has left the garage, you’re responsible for that vehicle’s minimum charge regardless of any deposit — a three-hour minimum for stretch limos and a five-hour minimum for vans. If a deposit was taken, it counts toward that minimum. For example, on a 300 dollar three-hour limo minimum, a 200 dollar deposit already paid leaves 100 dollars owed.

Cancellations or changes can’t be made by email, voicemail, or fax — they require a live phone call with our dispatcher. If we’re the ones to cancel, you get a full refund. We don’t refund rental time that goes unused.

A Few More Rules

  1. Every vehicle has a passenger cap, and we can’t exceed it.
  2. No Styrofoam coolers — a torn-apart cooler means a 50 dollar cleanup fee.
  3. Parking is up to the police. We can’t refund you if we’re not able to pull right up to your venue.
  4. No standing while the vehicle is moving — it’s a safety issue.
  5. No decorations on the outside of the vehicle or on the interior windows, and no silly string.
  6. No sand inside. If you’ve been at the beach, you can’t bring sand back into the vehicle.
  7. Overtime is settled in cash or charged to the card on file.
  8. We always work to get you there on time and generally leave early to account for traffic, but things happen on the highway — major accidents, unexpected delays — and we can’t guarantee arrival with absolute certainty. We don’t offer compensation for traffic or construction delays beyond our control.
  9. We don’t offer compensation for having to give the driver directions.

Prom Policy

  1. A parent or guardian signing this agreement must set or approve every pickup and drop-off. If the itinerary changes, the driver will check with a parent or guardian first, so we’ll need a contact number on or before the day of service.
  2. The privacy divider stays locked in the open position throughout.
  3. The following bring an immediate end to service: a) Smoking anything inside the vehicle; b) Drinking alcohol of any kind inside the vehicle; c) Using any illegal drug; d) Carrying or storing alcohol or drugs of any kind inside the vehicle; e) Intimate contact in the vehicle; f) Leaning any part of the body out of a window; g) Vandalizing, staining, or breaking any part of the vehicle, inside or out, including glassware and other items — all subject to repair or replacement charges.

A final note: if any of these rules are broken, the driver may end service right away and return everyone to the original pickup spot.
